摘要
针对 2 2 0 t/ h燃煤循环流化床电站锅炉研究锅炉负荷和钙硫比对电除尘器飞灰的粒径分布、常量化学成分、微量元素和多环芳烃的影响。结果表明 :6 0 %以上飞灰粒径小于 10 0 μm,负荷增大 ,粒径和当量粒径增大。Ca/S比对飞灰粒径分布影响较小 ,锅炉负荷和 Ca/ S比增大 ,飞灰化学成分 Si O2 、Al2 O3减少 ,Ca O和 SO3增加 ,各微量元素含量分布规律为 :Hg<Cd<Pb<Cu<Ni<Cr。随着锅炉负荷和钙硫比升高 ,多环芳烃种类和含量减少。
The influence of boiler load and Ca/S ratio on the distribution of particle diameter,chemical components and trace heavy metals and PAHs of electrostatic precipitator (ESP) ash was studied on a commercial 220 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB).The results demonstrate that more than 60% ESP ash particle diameter is smaller than 100 μm.With the raising of boiler load,the particle diameter and equivalent diameter of the ash increases.Generally,Ca/S ratio has little influence on the diameter distribution of ESP ash.When the load of the boiler and the ratio of Ca/S increase,some chemical components of ash (SiO 2 and Al 2O 3) decrease obviously,while other oxides (CaO and SO 3) increase.The distribution of trace heavy metals in ESP ash complies with the following rule:Hg<Cd<Pb<Cu<Ni<Cr.The boiler load and Ca/S ratio have influence on the category and concentration of PAHs in ESP ash.
