摘要
目的 了解杀螺剂的不同药液体积对杀螺效果的影响。方法 实验室 2 5℃浸泡杀螺。结果 每只钉螺用药液体积分别为 0 .5、1.0、2 .0、3.3、10 .0和 2 0 .0 m l浸杀时 ,2 4 h的 L C50 值分别为0 .2 2 4 2、0 .176 8、0 .10 6 4、0 .0 788、0 .0 788和 0 .0 6 5 4 mg/ L,随药液体积增加杀螺效果增加 ,但增加至 3.3m l/只后杀螺效果基本一致 ;4 8h的 L C50 值分别为 0 .0 6 70、0 .116 7、0 .0 75 4、0 .0 6 4 0、0 .0 6 11和 0 .0 36 7m g/ L,1.0 ml/只以上药液体积杀螺效果与 2 4 h组杀螺效果基本一致 ,但 0 .5ml/只组杀螺效果反而高于较大药液体积组。结论 实验室浸泡每只钉螺的杀螺药液体积宜大于3.3m
Objective To understand whether the volume of molluscicidal solution influence molluscicidal efficacy against Oncomelania snails. Methods A number of snails were immersed in different volume of niclosamide solution at various concentration and the dead snails were counted for 24 and 48 hours immmersion. Results When the snails had been immersed in 0 5, 1 0, 2 0, 3 3, 10 0 and 20 0 ml per snail for 24 hours at 25℃ under laboratory condition, the LC 50 were 0 2242, 0 1768, 0 1064, 0 0788, 0 0788 and 0 0654 mg/L respectively. The molluscicidal efficacy increased with increasing volume of solution. More than 3 3 ml per one snail, the results gave a similar values. When the snails immersed in above concentration for 48 hours, the LC 50 were 0 0670,0 1167,0 0754,0 0640,0 0611 and 0 0367 mg/L respectively. More than 1 0 ml per snail, the results were similar for 48 hours to that for 24 hours. Howerer, the molluscicidal effect in the group of 0 5 ml per snail was higher than that in other groups. Conclusion In the same concentration, more than 3 3 ml per snail volume of niclosamide solution could achieve a better molluscicidal efficacy in laboratory.
