摘要
根据聚羧酸系高效减水剂的结构特点 ,采用正交试验分析法 ,分别研究了带羧基、磺酸基、聚氧化乙烯链酯基等活性基团的不饱和单体的物质的量之比(摩尔数比)及聚氧化乙烯链的聚合度等因素对聚羧酸系减水剂性能的影响 ,从而得出合成聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的一种最佳配方 ,并对试制产品进行了性能试验。结果说明 ,聚羧酸减水剂具有优良的分散能力 ,能较长时间地保持其流动性 ,与不同水泥的相容性好 ,水泥浆体粘聚性好 ,配制的混凝土性能良好。
In this paper, the orthogonal experimental analysis method is used to study on the effects of molar ratio of the unsaturated vinyl monomers, with carboxylic groups or sulphonic groups or polyoxyethylene(PEO) side chain groups,etc., and the effects of the mean degree of polymerization in PEO side chains. The results show that the polycarboxylic type water-reducer(PC) possesses some superior characteristics, such as high dispersing ability, long time for keeping the fluidity, good compatibility with various kind of cements, nice adhesiveness of cement paste, etc.,and that concrete with PC has good behavior.
