以 PEG/磷酸盐双水相系统为研究对象 ,成功地制作了 PEG6,0 0 0 /磷酸盐和 PEG1 0 ,0 0 0 /磷酸盐两个双水相系统的相图 ,初步探讨了 5种不同组成的 PEG6,0 0 0 /磷酸盐双水相系统相分离过程的一般规律 .然后以BSA在 PEG6,0 0 0 /磷酸盐双水相系统两相间的分配系数及其下相分配率为目标 ,研究了双水相系统成相浓度、外加盐 Na Cl、BSA起始浓度等对
The aqueous two phase system diagrams of PEG 6,000/phosphate and PEG 10,000/phosphate successfully made.The phase separation process for five different PEG 6,000/phosphate aqueous two phase systems was primarily studied.The influence of phase compositions concentration,initial BSA concentrations on the partition properties for BSA in PEG 6,000/phosphate aqueous two phase system was investigated considering the partition coeffient of BSA in two phase and the yield of BSA in the bottom phase.
