摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和政府管理机制向“小政府大社会”的转变 ,现行的工程质量监督制度和运作方式已不适应社会主义经济体制的客观要求 ,应进行大胆改革。针对现状 ,分析了现行建设工程监督制度的一些弊端 。
With the setting up of market economy system and the transformation of government administration system current engineering quality supervision system and operation pattern do not adapt demands of the socialist economy system and should be reformed. Author analyses some disadvantages of current construction engineering supervision system and proposes several reform thinking.
