摘要
研究了南方红豆杉叶片低温半致死温度与其 4种内源激素的含量随气温下降的变化 .结果表明低温半致死温度降低的同时 ,脱落酸 (ABA)含量和ABA/GA增加 ,赤霉素 (GA)、生长素 (IAA)含量下降 ,它们与其抗寒力的变化有明显的相关性 .玉米素核甘 (ZR)含量先降后升 ,与冬芽萌发有关 .
The paper investigates the changes of the semilethal temperature and endogenous hormone of Taxus chinensis var.mairei leaves with method of testing relative conductance and ELISA as temperature fell. The results show that the semilethal temperature decreased together with the increase of the content of ABA, and the decrease of that of GA and IAA; ZR has special changes which correlate with its cell division. Particularly, the changes of ABA/GA are worthy much attention for their antagonism. So we consider that blending and balance of endogenous hormone are much critical in low temperature.
