摘要
为深入了解湘西烟叶总氮含量区域特征,采用连续流动法测定了湘西主产烟区烟叶总氮含量,研究了湘西烟叶总氮含量在等级、品种、土壤类型、海拔和县域的分布特征。结果表明:湘西烤烟B2F、C3F、X2F等级烟叶的总氮含量分别为2.16%、1.76%、1.68%,属烟叶总氮含量相对较低烟区。不同等级烟叶总氮含量为B2F>C3F>X2F,差异极显著。不同县之间烟叶总氮含量差异极显著,不同品种、不同海拔间烟叶总氮含量差异不显著,只有B2F等级烟叶总氮含量在土壤不同类型间差异显著。烟叶总氮含量空间分布有由南向北方向递减的趋势。
The total nitrogen content of flue -cured tobacco from main tobacco -growing areas in Xiangxi Autonomous Perfecture were determined by continuous flow method,and its regional characteristic at grades,varieties,soil types,elevation and different counties were also studied.The results showed that the mean total nitrogen content in the flue-cured tobacco leaf of B2F,C3F and X2F grade were 2.16%,1.76%,1.68%,respectively,which showed that the area belonged to lower-nitrogen tobacco-planting areas.The sequence of total nitrogen content were:B2F〉C3F〉X2F.There were extreme significant difference in the total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco among grades and counties;and significant difference among soil types in B2F grade;and non-significant difference among varieties and elevation.The total nitrogen content decreased gradually from the south to the north.
