摘要 目的 研究微波辐射与未辐射人视网膜色素上皮细胞 (h TERT- RPE1)应激和凋亡相关基因转录的差异 .方法 应用基因芯片技术对 2 4 5 0 MHz微波辐射、未辐射的视网膜色素上皮细胞的 m RNA进行检测 .结果 在 10 1条有关应激和凋亡的目的基因中发现有 3条基因转录增加 ,有 2条基因转录降低 . AIM To study the difference of gene transcription between hTERT RPE1 cells radiated by microwaves and hTERT RPE1 cells about stress and apoptosis related genes. METHODS cDNA microarray was used to detect the mRNA from hTERT RPE1 cells and the cells radiated by mic rowaves. RESULTS Among the 101 aim genes, there were 5 genes with differences, of which, 3 genes displayed increa sing transcription, and 2 genes decreasing transcription. CONCLUSION Microwave could induce the gene transcription profile changes in hTERT RPE1 cells about stress and apoptosis response genes.
