摘要
本文从医学计量工作的实践出发 ,谈了血压、血压计以及参与了“电子血压计准吗 ?”的讨论。经过大量比对测量 ,认为 :袖带式、合格的电子血压计测量的血压基本上是准确的。这就是本项课题研究的技术基础采用四个技术参数相近的、全自动电子血压计为基础组件 ,研制出四肢血压同步测量仪。经过大量实测发现 :人在水平仰卧时 ,同步测得的四肢血压值之间相差得越大 ,与血液粘稠度高、高脂血症、血管内粥状血栓形成、血管硬化等 ,越密切相关 ,为今后临床检测与有关疾病的相关性研究打下了良好的基础。
The accuracy of the qualified cuff-type autoelectronic sphygmomanometer, which was the technical foundation of this study, had been confirmed by many comparative measurements. The prototype of the 'Synchronous Sphygmomanometer for Four Limbs' was developed based on four auto-electronic sphygmomanometers of similar parameters. The results from our experiments demonstrated that the differences of blood pressure among the four limbs under the supine position were highly correlated with the high density of blood, hyperlipemia, congee-like thrombosis and the hardening of blood vessels. These findings may be useful in the studies of the association between clinical blood pressure measurements and related diseases.
