连轧管机限动齿条飞车保护功能的开发及应用

摘要 介绍某公司连轧管机控制系统及限动齿条飞车保护功能,阐述连轧管机限动齿条飞车保护功能,分析其飞车保护功能的程序实现过程。分析认为:连轧管机限动齿条飞车保护功能已在Φ180 mm限动芯棒连轧管机组中应用,有效避免了因第一架轧管机误带载而引发的飞车事故,提高限动芯棒连轧管机生产效率。 Described here in the paper are the control system and the function for preventing retainer rack runaway accident of the MPM as located at a certain domestic company.Also detailed is how the said function acts to prevent runaway accident of the MPM retainer rack.Analyzed is the realization process of the program of the said function.It is identified via the analysis that the actual application of the said protection function to the Ф180 mm retaining mandrel pipe mill proves that the possible runaway accident of the retainer rack as always caused by miscarrying by the No.1 rolling mill is obviously avoided so as to get the operation efficiency of the retaining mandrel mill enhanced.
