摘要
高压直流输电方式为我国实现更大范围内的资源优化配置发挥着重要的作用。瓷绝缘子作为一种重要的输电线路设备,具有多年的运行经验,在机械、电气和化学稳定性等方面也具有许多优点,在中国特高压直流输电工程中被广泛采用。但是在直流电场的作用下,绝缘子表面的泄漏电流会造成绝缘子金具的电解腐蚀。为减少这种金具腐蚀的概率,将原有绝缘子作为母体,根据对金具腐蚀的理论分析,通过设置附件装置来抑制泄漏电流的产生和发展。试验结果表明,应用附件装置可以大幅度减少泄漏电流,研究结果对提高特高压直流盘型瓷绝缘子的金具腐蚀具有一定的指导意义。
UHVDC power transmission plays an important role in China in realizing optimal allocation of resources in larger area. As a kind of important transmission line equipment, porcelain insulators have operation experience of many years with many advantages in terms of mechanical, electrical and chemical stability, widely used in Chinese UHVDC transmission projects. However, under DC electric field, leakage current on insulator’s surface causes electrolytic corrosion of insulator fitting. In order to reduce probability of metal-fitting corrosion, the original insulator is taken as parent body, and according to theoretical analysis of metal-fitting corrosion, an attached part is installed to suppress generation and development of leakage current on surface of the parent body. Experiment results show that application of the attached part can greatly reduce the leakage current, and the research results are of guiding significance to improve metal-fitting corrosion resistance of UHVDC disc porcelain insulators.
