摘要
目的降低全自动口服摆药机药品损耗,保障药品供应。方法应用危害分析和关键控制点法(HACCP)对全自动口服摆药机药品损耗的流程与相关因素进行风险管理,对比分析实施HACCP前后药品损耗,评价实施效果。结果结合全自动口服摆药机药品损耗流程,依据HACCP实施的步骤,确定剥药、药盒装药、接收医嘱、摆药和药包密封5个关键控制点,并制订了相应的风险控制措施,实现了药品损耗的有效降低。结论 HACCP是降低全自动口服摆药机药品损耗的有效工具。
Objective To reduce drug loss in the drug supply by automatic oral drug dispensing system. Methods Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) was applied in the risk management of drug loss in the automatic oral drug dispensing system, mainly including the technological process and related factors. Drug loss with and without HACCP implementation was compared to evaluate the performance of HACCP. ResultsAccording to the steps of HACCP, 5 key control points including stripping drug, packing medicine, receiving medical advice, setting medicine, and sealing drug bags were analyzed one-by-one. These established measures in risk control effectively reduced the drug in loss automatic oral drug dispensing system. Conclusion HACCP is an effective tool in reducing the drug loss in automatic oral drug dispensing system.
