摘要
珠海作为国内知名的宜居城市,拥有较好的人居环境,具有发展休闲产业良好的资源条件。本研究将城市资源和城市休闲产业结合两者结合起来,构建基于休闲产业的城市资源评价指标体系,以珠海为研究对象,对其城市资源进行评估分析,确定其优势与短板,对城市管理者有重点、有计划地培育和配置城市资源,促进城市资源向产业竞争力的转化具有重要的指导意义。
As a well-known livable city in China, Zhuhai has a good living environment and has good resources for developing leisure industry. This study combines urban resources and urban leisure industry to construct an urban resource evaluation index system based on leisure industry. Taking Zhuhai as an example, it evaluates and analyzes its urban resources, determines its advantages and shortcomings. It is of great significance to systematically cultivate and allocate urban resources and promote the transformation of urban resources into industrial competitiveness.
