摘要
目的了解滁州地区幼儿园和小学一年级儿童蛲虫感染状况及影响因素,为蛲虫感染预防和治疗提供依据。方法运用透明胶带肛周粘贴法采集滁州地区幼儿园和小学一年级儿童标本,利用光学显微镜观察结果,同时采用自制问卷调查并分析蛲虫感染影响因素。结果滁州市区和乡镇幼儿园儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为0.55%(2/365)和3.17%(6/189),P<0.05,有统计学差异;滁州市区和乡镇小学一年级儿童蛲虫卵检出率分别为0.35%(1/287)和3.49%(3/86),P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论滁州市区幼儿园和小学一年级蛲虫感染处于低水平状态,应该有效巩固,同时对乡镇幼儿园和小学一年级儿童蛲虫感染采取干预措施,降低蛲虫感染率。
Objective To investigate the pinworm infection status among kindergartens and primary one school children in Chuzhou and its influencing factors,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of pinworm infection.Methods Samples of kindergartens and first grade primary schools students in Chuzhou were collected by the method of perianal pasting with transparent adhesive tape. The results were observed by optical microscope. Meanwhile,the influencing factors of pinworm infection were investigated and analyzed by self-made questionnaire. Results The detection rate of pinworm eggs in Chuzhou city and township kindergartens were 0.55%( 2/365) and 3. 17%( 6/189) respectively,with statistical differences,P < 0. 05. The detection rates of pinworm eggs in the first grade children of Chuzhou city and township primary schools were 0.35%( 1/287) and 3.49%( 3/86) respectively, with statistical differences,P < 0. 05. Conclusions Pinworm infections in kindergartens and first grade primary schools in Chuzhou city are at low levels and should be effectively consolidated. At the same time, intervention measures will be taken for pinworm infections in township kindergartens and first grade primary school children to reduce pinworm infection rate.
