摘要
随着社会的发展,服饰的功能从御寒、遮羞等具有实用意义的简单功能逐步发展成具有标识性别、区别族属、示身份和暗示等级的象征功能。服饰在发展过程中吸收了各种各样的文化元素,呈现并反映了人类文化的多样性特征。对于中国少数民族而言,多元的民族服饰同样体现了不同民族独特的文化内涵,而苗族传统服饰因其多样性和内部较高的差异性独具研究价值。苗族传统服饰风格独特、工艺精湛,其图案所表达的文化内涵丰富、多元,探寻苗族传统服饰图案文化基因有助于挖掘苗族传统服饰文化深层内涵,发现其文化传承机理。论文以苗族传统服饰为分析对象,借助文化基因概念,提出一种新的服饰图案描述方法,即通过形状、颜色、寓意、时间和空间属性构建文化属性空间来描述服饰图案视觉特征、解析图案文化内涵并展示图案时空分布规律,为苗族传统服饰图案文化内涵研究、数字化保护奠定基础。
With the development of society, the function of clothing has evolved from simple function with practical meaning that can protect against cold and cover up one’s embarrassment to symbolic function that can identify gender,differentiate ethnic groups, reveal identity and indicate hierarchy. Clothing has absorbed various cultural elements in the process of development, presenting and reflecting the diversity of human culture. For ethnic minorities of China, diversified ethnic costumes also reflect the unique cultural connotations of different ethnic groups, while Miao traditional clothing has unique research value because of its diversity and high internal differences.Miao traditional clothing has unique style,exquisite craft, and its patterns express rich and diversified cultural connotations, exploring the cultural genes of Miao traditional clothing can contribute to digging its deep cultural connotation and finding its cultural inheritance mechanism.Miao traditional clothing is taken as the analysis object and with the help of cultural gene concept, a new method to describe clothing patterns was proposed in this paper. Cultural attribute space was built through the attributes(etc. shape, color,meaning, time and space attribute) of patterns, which can be used to describe the visual characteristics, analyze the cultural connotation and show the time and space distribution of patterns. This work lays foundation for the cultural connotation research and digital protection of the Miao traditional clothing.
