摘要
为分析转移皮瓣成形术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦的临床疗效,回顾我院2017年1月至2018年1月行转移皮瓣成形术治疗的30例骶尾部藏毛窦患者资料,其中Limber菱形皮瓣及其改良术式治疗10例,改良Karydakis术治疗10例,V-Y形皮瓣术治疗10例,分析其治疗效果。结果显示,30例患者均痊愈,无皮瓣坏死及感染,2例出现转移皮瓣切口脂肪液化,随访6～12个月无复发。结果显示,转移皮瓣成形术治疗骶尾部藏毛窦安全可行,术后并发症少,复发率低,是一种比较理想的术式。
To investigate the clinical effect of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus treated with flap-shifting plasty,authors retrospectively analysed the data of 30 cases who were admitted and received this procedure in author's hospital (2017-01-2018-01),in which 10 cases received limber rhomboid flap and its modified procedure,10 cases received modified Karydakis procedure,10 cases received V-Y shaped flap plasty,also analysed their effects.As results,all the patients were cured,no flap necrosis and infection were found,2 cases suffered from fat liquefaction at the incision of shifted flap;a follow-up of 6-12 months did not find any recurrence.Results show t.hat flap-shifting plasty for treating sacrococcygeal pilonidat sinus is safe and reliable,and of less postoperative complication and low recurrence rate,thus it is an idealer procedure.
