“沙烫”至“砂炒”的演变

摘要 目的:探讨《中国药典》"炮制通则"中"烫"法是否有必要改为"炒"法。方法:通过查阅文献,考证"炒"与"烫"的概念及《中国药典》"炮制通则"中"烫"法改为"炒"法的转变。结果:1963版《中国药典》"通则"首载"烫","烫"与"炒"并列,并沿用至2005版《中国药典》;2010版《中国药典》"通则"将"烫"移至"炒"项下,即取消了"烫"。"沙烫"与"砂炒"的操作没有本质区别,只是一事二名而已。结论:建议规范中医药相关专业术语。 Objective:To discuss whether it is necessary to change the "scald" into "stir-fry" in the "general principles" in " Chinese Pharmacopoeia".Methods:Through the literature review,research "stir-fry" and "scald" concept,and " General Principles" in "Pharmacopoeia" in the "scald" to "stir-fry" changes.Results:The "general principle" of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 1963 was the first place where "scald" appearred and used until its edition published in 2005.The "general principle" of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2010 was the first place where "stir-fry" appeared.Conclusion:Suggested norms of Chinese medicine-related terminology.
