摘要
针对现实中不确定性条件下的多属性群决策问题,文章提出基于犹豫模糊COPRAS的多属性群决策评价方法。考虑到专家在多个语义术语间犹豫不定的问题,采用犹豫模糊术语集表达评价信息。利用min-upper和max-lower算子以及二元语义计算方法处理信息评价。以整体满意度最大化为目标函数建立线性规划模型来求解属性的权重,利用COPRAS方法计算方案的效用度,为不确定性语言下的方案选择提供了科学的依据。最后以某大型国企空调选购问题为例,证明了该方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of multi-attribute group decision-making under uncertain conditions, this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on hesitant fuzzy COPRAS. Considering the hesitation of experts between multiple semantic terms, this paper adopts the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set to express the evaluation information, and uses the mini-upper operator, max-lower operator and the binary semantic calculation method to handle the information evaluation. Then the paper takes maximization of overall satisfaction as the objective to establish a linear programming model for solution of the attribute weight, and uses COPRAS method to calculate the utility degree of the scheme, which provides a scientific basis for the scheme selection under the uncertainty language. Finally, the paper takes the purchase of air conditioners in a large state-owned enterprise as an example to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
