摘要
针对传统学术期刊综合评价中指标权重大多为单一赋权且评价信息难以集结的问题,提出一种新的基于组合赋权和VIKOR的学术期刊综合评价模型.首先,分别利用DEMATEL方法和熵权法确定指标的主观权重和客观权重;然后,利用乘法归一化方法计算指标的组合权重;最后,基于VIKOR方法计算各方案的利益比率值并排序.以教育类期刊为研究对象,结果表明,模型不仅能够充分考虑学术期刊指标间的相互影响关系和指标提供的信息量,还可以有效避免个别较差指标的消极影响被其他指标中和,为学术期刊评价问题提供了一种新思路.
Aimming at the problem that most of the method of the index weight are single and the aggregation of evaluation information is difficult in traditional comprehensive evaluation of academic journal, this paper proposes a new comprehensive evaluation model of academic journal based on combined weight and VIKOR. Firstly, the DEMATEL method and the entropy method are used to determine the subjective weight and objective weight. Then,the multiplicative normalization method is introduced to compute the combined weight.Finally, the VIKOR method is used to compute the interest rate value and the rank of the solution. By taking some educational journals as the research object, the empirical results show that this model gives a new idea as it not only can consider the mutual influence relationships among indexes and the amount of evaluation information, but also can avoid the bad effect of some indexes being balanced by other indexes.
