摘要
改革开放40年来,我国学术界对高校工程人才培养质量研究展示"百花齐放、百家争鸣"的态势,热衷于探讨基本内涵、教育质量、先进经验和典型案例等四个领域的学术问题,并呈现了明显的主题、范式、模式和逻辑等四维框架与特征聚类,以及微观研究多、宏观研究少,现实研究多、战略研究少,定性研究多、定量研究少等"三多三少"偏颇。展望未来,高校工程人才培养质量研究的重点突破应在于局部研究支撑整体研究、面向现代化目标的系统研究以及强化定量研究等三个领域。
During the forty years of reform and opening up,the research on the quality of engineering talent training in universities in Chinese academic circles has demonstrated the trend of blossom and arguementation.It is keen to explore academic issues in four areas:basic connotation,education quality,advanced experience and typical cases,and presents a clear four-dimensional framework and feature clustering,as well as the bias of "three more,three less".Looking into the future,the key breakthroughs in the related research lies in three areas:local research supporting overall research,systematic research for modernization goals,and strengthening quantitative research.
