摘要
人参皂苷Rc广泛分布在五加科植物中,其中在人参Panaxginseng全株、西洋参Panaxquinquefolium根部、三七Panax pseudoginseng花中含量尤为丰富。且已有研究表明人参皂苷Rc在抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、调血脂、预防糖尿病、保护神经系统等方面疗效显著。对人参皂苷Rc的药理作用及药动学方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为富含人参皂苷Rc药物的开发和应用提供参考。
Ginsenoside Rc is widely distributed in Araliaceae plants, especially in whole plant of Panax ginseng, roots of Panaxquinquefolium, and flowers of Panax pseudoginseng var. notoginseng. And studies have shown that ginsenoside Rc has remarkable effects in anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, antitumor, lipid-lowering activities, prevention of diabetes, and protection of the nervous system. In this paper, the pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetics of ginsenoside Rc were reviewed in order to provide references for the development and application of drugs with rich ginsenoside Rc.
