摘要
本文通过对我国及国外生态文明建设相关政策机制、试点情况调研及生态文明相关领域的标准化发展状况研究,提出标准化在支撑国家生态文明建设方面的战略定位与布局,指出我国生态文明建设标准化工作的目标任务,构建我国生态文明建设标准体系基础框架,明确标准化重点领域与重要标准创制计划,积极探索"标准化+生态文明"的服务模式,促进生态环境协同发展,全面支撑我国生态文明建设。
In this paper,the strategic orientation and layout of standardization in supporting the construction of ecological civilization in China are put forward through researches on the policy mechanism,pilot situation and standardization development in relevant fields of ecological civilization.The objectives and tasks of the standardization of ecological civilization construction are also defined.Furthermore,the basic framework of the standard system for ecological civilization construction is constructed, and the key areas of standardization are clarified.This work focuses on exploring the service mode of "standardization + ecological civilization"and promoting the coordinated development of ecological environment in order to fully support the construction of ecological civilization in China.
