摘要
现今,癌症已成为人类死亡的主要病因。临床上对于癌症患者健康状况越来越关注,癌症特异性量表层出不穷,然而这些量表没有效用积分体系,无法进行成本-效用测算来分析患者的健康权重,而映射法通过模型构建可得出需要的效用值。国外对健康效用值中映射法的研究已经趋向成熟。本文旨在探究国外癌症量表模型转换的研究进展,为我国学者提供映射模型的方法和思路。
Nowadays, cancer has become the leading cause of human death. Clinicians are increasingly concerned about the health status of cancer patients, and cancer-specific scales emerge in an endless stream. However, these scales do not have an effective value set, and cost-utility measures can not be used to analyze patients' health weights. The mapping method can be used to construct the necessary health Utility. Foreign studies on the mapping of health utility values have become more and more mature. This article aims to explore the research progress of foreign cancer scale model conversion, and to provide the Chinese scholars with the methods and ideas of mapping model.
