挤压态SiC_p/Sn/Al复合材料的组织及室温压缩性能

Microstructure and Room Temperature Compression Behavior of SiC_p/Sn/Al Composites by Hot Extrusion Deformation

摘要 对粉末冶金制备的SiC_p/Sn/Al复合材料进行了热挤压处理,从组织性能及室温压缩性能方面对热挤压后的SiC_p/Sn/Al复合材料进行了分析,研究了材料组成成分对材料微观组织、硬度及室温压缩性能的影响。试验表明,热挤压可改善复合材料的界面结合强度,提高材料的致密度,使晶粒细化;热挤压可提升材料硬度,SiC_p对材料硬度提升作用明显,Sn对材料硬度有削弱作用;热挤压会提升材料室温压缩的峰值应力,且SiC_p含量越高其峰值应力越高,挤压后材料的室温压缩曲线呈现峰值后逐渐趋于平稳,Sn对材料的流变应力有降低作用,但随着Sn含量的增加作用并不明显。 The SiCp/Sn/Al composites fabricated by powder metallurgy were treated by hot extrusion deformation.The effects of composition on microstructure,hardness and ambient compression performance of SiCp/Sn/Al composites were investigated.The results reveal that hot extrusion can improve interfacial bonding strength and compactness of the composites to refine grain size.In addition,hot extrusion can increase the hardness of the composites.SiCpcan increase greatly material hardness,while Sn can weaken the hardness.Hot extrusion can increase the peak stress of ambient compression of the composites.With increasing in SiC content,the peak stress is increased gradually.The ambient compressive curves are characterized by the peak value then be stable.Sn can decrease the flow stress of the composites,however,with increasing in Sn content,the decrease effect can be ignored.
