摘要
目的探讨疏血通注射液联合阿加曲班治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者的近期疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月朔州市人民医院TIA患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组采用阿加曲班治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前、后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分、脑卒中专门生活质量(SS-QOL)评分及血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原)变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率[100.00%(43/43)]高于对照组[83.72%(36/43)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,SS-QOL评分高于对照组,且研究组全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合阿加曲班治疗TIA的近期疗效显著,能有效改善患者神经功能及血液流变学,提高生活质量。
ObjectiveTo investigate the short-term effects of Shuxuetong injection combined with agate on patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA).MethodsEighty-six cases of TIA in the People's Hospital of Quzhou were randomly divided into study group (n=43) and control group (n=43). The two groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment, while the control group was treated with agate, and the study group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of control group. The effect of treatment, degree of nerve function defect (NIHSS) before and after treatment, score of specific quality of life (SS-QOL) of stroke and indexes of hemorheology (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen) of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 100.00% (43/43), which was higher than that of control group[83.72%(36/43)], and the difference was significant(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the NIHSS score of study group was lower than that of control group, and the SS-QOL score was higher than that of control group, and the levels of whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were lower than those of control group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsShuxuetong injection combined with agate can effectively improve the short-term curative effect of TIA, which can effectively improve the neurological function and hemorheology and improve the quality of life of patients.
