先天性牙缺失相关基因及信号通路的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 哺乳动物的牙齿发育是一个精细、复杂的过程。目前,已知与牙齿发育不全有关的综合征超过150种,相关基因有80余种。涉及到的信号通路,如核因子NF-κb、WNT、BMP与FGF、PAX等通路,都对牙齿的发育起关键调控作用。其中任何一个基因的微小变化都可能导致先天缺牙的发生。研究这些基因之间的相互作用及其所在的信号通路可进一步明确牙缺失的发病机制。本文就近年来与单纯性和综合征性牙缺失相关基因及信号通路的研究进展作一综述。
