甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者meta分析 被引量:4

Efficacy and safety of sodium glycididazole combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer:a systematic review

摘要 目的:系统评价甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性和安全性。方法:检索Cochrane library、Pubmed、Embase,中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库;纳入甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗对比单纯放射治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的随机对照试验,采用Stat 14.0统计软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入8项随机对照试验,总计668例受试对象,其中335例患者接受甘氨双唑钠联合放射疗法治疗,333例患者接受单纯放射治疗。试验组治疗结束时非小细胞肺癌的完全缓解率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=2.67, 95%CI(1.81, 3.94), P<0.05];同时总缓解率也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[OR=3.26, 95%CI(2.18,4.87),P<0.05];在不良反应方面,2组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,疗效优于单纯放射治疗。但由于纳入样本总量较少,还需高质量、高样本量随机对照试验来进一步证明甘氨双唑钠联合放射治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性和安全性。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of sodium glycididazole combined with radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Randomized control trails(RCTs) were retrieved from Cochrane library, Pubmed, Embase, CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database. RCT about sodium glycididazole combinned with radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer were established The quality of studies was evaluated and performed by exploited Stat 14 0. Results: A total of 8 RCTs were included. with 668 patients involved. Meta-analysis showed that odds ratio(OR) of non-small cell lung cancer for CR [OR =2.67, 95%CI(1.81, 3.94), P<0.05] and OR of non-small cell lung cancer for PR+CR [OR =3.26, 95%CI(218, 4.87), P <0.05]. The incidence of adverse reaction(ADR) in both two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Shortterm efficacy of sodium glycididazole combined with radiotherapy was better than radiotherapy alone for non-small cell lung cancer. However, further studies were needed to provide high-quality evidence for esophageal cancer therapy.
