摘要
针对重庆地区节能设计标准仍沿用连续用能模式与实际用能情况不符的问题,文章基于重庆地区间歇用能的特点,通过Energy Plus软件对典型住宅进行能耗模拟,分析在间歇模式下建筑围护结构各构件的热工参数与全年供暖空调能耗的关系,结果表明:(1)间歇用能可降低单位面积能耗约35%-40%;(2)在间歇用能模式下,仅调整传热系数的节能效果:外墙>内墙≈屋顶>外窗;(3)通过改变太阳能透过率的方式降低能耗在夏季的效果明显优于冬季。
