摘要
急性深静脉血栓(DVT)是临床多发病,由于地域医疗文化及经济发展水平的不平衡,尤其是诊断理念的落后导致临床猝死率高,近期治疗效果较差,远期并发症及复发率较高。高危人群的静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)防治筛查理念亟需贯彻各级医疗中心甚至于社区疾病防控中心,加强物理及药物预防措施降低发病率,提高隐匿性DVT的早期诊断率是预防致命性肺栓塞的根本途径,按病情发展阶段的主观与客观需求、借助于先进的医疗器材及时进行"血栓清除"是减少远期并发症的有效手段,适时解除DVT复发之解剖病理基础很有必要,治疗期应严格管理、综合治疗,以期最大可能提高患者的生活质量。
Acute deep vein thrombosis(DVT) is a clinically frequently-occurring disease. It still has high risk of sudden death, unfavorable short-term results, and high incidence of long-term complications and recurrence, due to the regional differences in medical services and imbalances in economic development, especially the outdated diagnostic concepts. Preventive screening programs for high-risk population of venous thromboembolism(VTE) are urgently required to be carried out at the medical centers of all levels, even the community centers for disease control and prevention. Enhancing the physical and medical preventive measures and increasing the early diagnosis of the latent DVT are essential approaches for preventing lethal pulmonary embolism. According to the subjective and objective needs of the stage of disease, performing a timely "thrombotic clearance" by means of advanced medical equipment is the effective way to reduce long-term complications. Opportune elimination of the anatomic and pathologic causes for DVT recurrence is surely necessary. Strict management during treatment and comprehensive interventions may improve the quality of life for the patients as much as possible.
