摘要
目的:观察自拟消痈散结汤内服联合黄金膏外敷治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年5月江西省妇幼保健院收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟消痈散结汤联合黄金膏外敷治疗。结果:观察组有效率为93. 3%,对照组有效率为80. 0%,观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论:自拟消痈散结汤内服联合黄金膏外敷治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Decoction for Relieving Carbuncle and Dissipating Blood Stasis for oral administration in combination with Gold Ointment for external application on plasmocytic mastitis. Methods: Sixty patients with plasmocytic mastitis treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Care Health Hospital from January 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were given self-made Decoction for Relieving Carbuncle and Dissipating Blood Stasis for oral administration in combination with Gold Ointment for external application.Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,and that of the control group was 80. 0%. The observation group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). The difference was statistically significant. The improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Self-made Decoction for Relieving Carbuncle and Dissipating Blood Stasis for oral administration in combination with Gold Ointment for external application has a remarkable clinical curative effect on plasmocytic mastitis.
