摘要
TALIS2013数据显示:不同国家和地区教师之间的"周工作时间"和"周实际教学时间"差异大。上海教师的"周工作时间"略高于国际平均值,但"上课"时间在所有国家和地区中处于最低位。以工作时间异质性理论为基础,研究从文化的特点、教师的教学信念、教育系统层面的关注等角度,系统分析TALIS2013数据所传递的信息及内涵。借助"工作-资源"模型,研究从教师工作时间的量和质两方面,来解释导致中国教师工作负担的原因,提出教师工作时间分配的建议。
TALIS2013 data show that there is a big difference between"work hours"and"actual teaching hours"of teachers during a complete calendar week in different reglions/countries.The work hours of Shanghai teachers are slightly higher than the international average,but"teaching hours"is at the bottom in all countries/regions.On the basis of the heterogeneous theory of work time,this paper systematically analyzes the information and connotation of TALIS2013 data from the perspective of cultural characteristics,teachers’teaching beliefs and the educational system level.Based on the"Job Demand-Resource"model,this paper explains the teachers’burden in Shanghai from two aspects:the quantity and quality of teachers’work time.Finally this paper puts forward some suggestions for the allocation of teachers’work hours.
