磁共振敏感加权成像技术在脑微出血诊断中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)是临床上常见的脑小血管疾病。该病的发生与各种神经功能缺损有关。由于CMBs患者多无典型的临床症状和体征,对其进行CT检查和磁共振成像(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)检查难以发现其病灶,故其病情易被漏诊。磁共振敏感加权成像(susceptibilityweightedimaging,SWI)技术是一种新型的磁共振成像技术。本文就SWI技术在CMBs诊断中的应用价值进行综述。
