基于RS-485总线的多路超声波传感器测距系统设计 被引量:14

摘要 研制了一种以STM32单片机作为控制核心,利用RS—485总线与中控板组网的可多路超声波传感器测距控制系统。其利用中控板整合各节点的多路超声波回路测距信息,上传给主控制核心,进而进行障碍物测量。介绍了系统的硬件电路构成、工作原理、软件设计思想及通信协议差错控制及相关实际应用。设计的系统可更好地应用在移动机器人或智能汽车的避障系统中,可实现节约控制系统硬件资源和软件简化。 A multi-channel ultrasonic wave sensor distance measurement control system is researched and fabricated with STM32 microcontroller unit (MCU)as control core,using RS-485 BUS and the central control board networking.This design integrates ranging information of each node about distances measured by multichannel ultrasonic circuits and the central board upload the message to the main control core,which measures all obstacles.The hardware circuit,operating principle,software design idea,communication protocols,error control and related practical applications are proposed.Compared with the traditional ultrasonic distance measurement, using the measurement system in robot or smart car obstacle avoidance system,simplifies software and the save control hardware resources.
