摘要
目的了解湖南省居民用药知识-态度-行为(KAP)现状,分析居民用药风险因素,为有针对性地开展公众安全用药健康教育提供参考,并为合理用药提供依据。方法采用线上问卷调查法,于2018年7月对湖南省居民进行调查,分析受访者接触药品及药品使用、用药行为、接触用药知识的教育活动的频率和态度。结果共获得有效问卷569份。对于问卷中绝大多数关于药品及药品使用知识的问题,受访者答题正确率在70%以上。居民接触用药知识讲座或用药教育活动的频率总体较低,但绝大多数受访者认为"有必要或极有必要"开展不同形式的用药知识教育。结论湖南居民对药品及药品使用的知识有一定掌握,但存在具有安全隐患的不良用药行为,针对居民的用药教育尚需进一步加强。
Objective To determine the knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP)of medication taking among residents in Hunan Province,to explore potential risk factors for drug use and provide reference for targeted public health education and evidence for rational drug use.Methods An online questionnaire survey was conducted among Hunan residents in July 2018.The knowledge about drug and drug use,drug use behaviors,and frequency and attitude toward drug use education were analyzed.Results A total of 569valid questionnaires were obtained. For the vast majority of questions about knowledge of drugs and drug use,the correct rate was more than 70%. The frequency of residents'exposure to lectures on medication knowledge or medication education activities was generally low,but the vast majority of the respondents considered it "necessary or extremely necessary"to calry out different forms of medication education.Conclusion Hunan residents have a fairly high awareness of safe drug use,but harmful behaviors may lead to medication safety risks,The drug education for residents needs is quite necessary.
