奥林匹克公园B27-2项目防屈曲钢板剪力墙施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某工程为例,对防屈曲劲性钢板剪力墙的施工技术进行研究,并针对钢板剪力墙超长超宽构件变形控制难等问题,研究出高强锚栓群预埋精度控制等一系列施工技术措施,其中,最大定位轴线偏差小于1 mm,最大安装单层垂直度偏差4 mm,最大单层上端水平度偏差3 mm,最大平面弯曲2 mm,偏差均小于钢板剪力墙安装允许偏差,从而使变形量得到有效控制,为类似防屈曲钢板剪力墙施工提供经验。 Taking a project as an example,the construction technology of the buckling-resistant steel plate shear wall is studied,and the pre-buried precision control of the high-strength anchor group is studied for the problem of the deformation control of the ultra-long and ultra-wide members of the steel plate shear wall.Series construction technical measures,in which the maximum positioning axis deviation is less than 1mm,the maximum installation single layer verticality deviation is 4mm,the maximum single layer upper end horizontal deviation is 3mm,and the maximum plane bending is 2mm.The deviation is less than the steel plate shear wall installation permission.Deviation,so that the amount of deformation is effectively controlled,providing experience for similar buckling-resistant steel plate shear wall construction.
