赣中北油稻稻三熟制再生稻优质品种筛选及气象因子对其米质的影响 被引量:7

Variety Screening of High Quality Ratoon Rice for the Triple-cropping of Rapeseed-Rice-Ratoon Rice in the North-central Jiangxi and the Effects of Climatic Factors on Its Grain Quality

摘要 基于"油菜—中稻—再生稻"三熟制模式进行品种筛选试验,以期筛选出适宜赣中北地区种植的优质再生稻品种,并探究气象因子对再生季稻米品质的影响。以10个杂交中稻组合为试验材料,采用单因素随机区组设计,调查比较了头季、再生季水稻产量以及再生季稻米品质。结果表明:(1)不同品种间再生季水稻产量差异显著,而头季与2季总产量差异较小,C两优608的再生季水稻产量最高,晶两优华占、隆两优608、天优华占和准两优608的2季总产量较高;(2)头季及再生季气象因子均能对再生季稻米品质产生影响,且再生季成熟前1个月气象因子对再生季稻米加工、外观和营养等品质影响较大;(3)稻米品质聚类分析结果显示,丰两优香1号、天两优616、深两优5814和晶两优华占等4个组合为再生季稻米优质品种。综合2季产量和再生季稻米品质,丰两优香1号和深两优5814的头季、再生季及2季总产量均表现较好,且再生季稻米品质较优,可作为适宜赣中北地区种植的优质再生稻品种。 To select the suitable varieties of high quality ratoon rice for the triple-cropping pattern of Rapeseed-RiceRatoon rice in the north-central Jiangxi and clarify the effects of climatic factors on the grain quality of ratoon rice,a single-factor random block experiment with ten hybrid rice varieties was conducted in 2015.The results showed that the yield among the varieties had a significant difference in ratoon rice,but not a big difference in the main crop and the sum of main and ratoon crop.Among them,C Liangyou 608 had the highest yield in ratoon rice and Jinliangyou Huazhan,Longlianyou 608,Tianyou Huazhan and Zhunliangyou 608 had higher total yield of main and ratoon crop.The climatic factors in both main and ratoon season affected the grain quality of ratoon rice,and the climatic factors of the last one month before the maturity of ratoon rice had a greater influence on the grain quality in processing,appearance and nutrition.The results of cluster analysis based on grain quality of ratoon rice revealed that Fengliangyou Xiang 1,Tianliangyou 616,Shenliangyou 5814 and Jingliangyou Huazhan were grouped into the high quality ratoon rice varieties.In consideration of the total yield in both main and ratoon crop and the grain quality of ratoon rice,Fengliangyou Xiang 1 and Shenliangyou 5814 are the suitable varieties of high quality ratoon rice for the triplecropping pattern of Rapeseed-Rice-Ratoon rice in the north-central part of Jiangxi Province.
