摘要
以淮南孔李淮河大桥右汊主航道桥为工程背景,采用有限元软件MIDAS和ANSYS对该桥顶推施工进行仿真分析,并依据理论计算制定了施工监控方案,对结构关键截面和部位进行应力和变形的监测。施工监测结合3G网络和数据采集模块,对监测数据进行了实时量测、集中采集和无线传输,实现全桥施工过程中的在线实时监测,对顶推施工进行了有效的控制和监测。理论分析与实测结果对比表明,仿真分析结果合理,基于3G网络和数据集中采集的施工监测方案可作为借鉴。
In the paper the main navigation channel bridge on the right side of Huai River Bridge in Huainan is taken as the engineering background.The finite element software Midas and the ANSYS are used to simulate and analyze the jacking construction of the bridge,and according to the theoretical calculation,the construction monitoring plan is prepared,and the stress and deformation of the structure at key sections and parts are monitored.Construction monitoring is carried out combining with 3Gnetwork and data acquisition module,and the monitoring data is real-time measured,acquired in groups and transmitted through wireless,realizing on-line real-time monitoring of the bridge construction process,and the incremental launching construction is effectively controlled and monitored.The comparisons between theoretical analysis and measured results shows that the simulation results are reasonable,and the construction monitoring scheme based on 3Gnetwork and data collection can be used as reference.
