摘要
教育信息化是农村教育精准扶贫战略实施的重要内容,有利于为农村教育精准扶贫培育创新人才,提供技术保障以及缩小城乡教育差距。当前,农村教育精准扶贫中教育信息化发展滞后表面体现为信息化基础设施薄弱、人才队伍短缺、管理体系滞后、传统教育理念影响和资金投入不足等方面;但其发展滞后的深层原因是教育一体化建设思路与城乡二元机制的冲突、农村本土文化服务与教育现代化追求分离以及农村教育传统定位与社会转型发展矛盾。基于此,唯有确立现代教育信息化理念、构建城乡教育信息化共同体、强化本土文化与教育信息化融合、完善教育信息化管理体制,才能促进农村教育信息化发展,实现农村教育精准扶贫战略目标。
Education informatization is an important part of the implementation of a precision poverty alleviation strategy for rural education, which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents for precision poverty alleviation in rural education, the provision of technical support and the narrowing of the gap between urban and rural areas..At present, the development of education informatization in rural education precision poverty alleviation is lagging behind in the aspects of weak information infrastructure, shortage of talents, lagging management systems, and the impact of traditional education concepts and insufficient capital investment; but the underlying reason for its lagging development is the integration of education. The contradiction between the thinking of the construction of construction and the dualism mechanism of urban and rural areas, the separation of the pursuit of rural local cultural services and the modernization of education, and the contradiction between the traditional orientation of rural education and social transformation and development.Based on this, only the establishment of the concept of modern education informatization, the establishment of urban and rural education informatization community, the intensification of the integration of local culture and education informatization, and the improvement of the education informatization management system can promote the development of rural education informatization and realize the strategic poverty alleviation strategy of rural education.
