摘要
目的建立肿瘤患者临终关怀护理质量评价指标体系。方法组建课题小组,通过参考相关文献和指南,利用头脑风暴,以舒适护理理论为结构框架,拟定临终关怀护理质量评价指标体系咨询问卷。采用Delphi专家咨询法,对24名专家进行2轮咨询。结果专家2轮咨询回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.82和0.83,专家协调系数为0.27～0.30,构建的临终关怀护理质量评价指标体系包含4个维度,6个一级指标,22个二级指标,36个三级指标。结论肿瘤患者临终关怀护理质量评价指标体系的可靠性和实用性较好,可作为评价临终关怀护理质量的依据。
Objective To develop the nursing services quality indicator system of hospice care for cancer pa- tients.Methods Delphi method was used in this study.The nursing services quality indicator system of hospice care for cancer patients was developed based on two rounds of consultation among 24experts.Results The nurs- ing services quality indicator system of hospice care for cancer patients consisted of 4dimensions,6 first-level indicators,22second-level indicators,and 36third-level indicators.Response rates of two rounds consultation were 100%.Experts authority coefficients were 0.82and 0.83,and expert coordination coefficients ranged from 0.27to 0.30.Conclusion The quality indicator system can provide nursing services standards for hospice care for cancer patients.It can be used as a basis for evaluating the quality of hospice care.
