摘要
以太原钢铁(集团)有限公司7.63m焦炉为例,设计了一种用于焦炉自动测温的轨道机器人。对测温过程中轨道机器人底部的燃烧气流进行分析得出其温度分布场,根据分析结果设计了冷却风道。通过对冷却风道的内外流场进行分析得出该风道内部流场稳定,外部吹散燃烧气流效果明显。同时对该风道进行试验验证,由试验结果得出仿真结果可靠。该冷却风道的设计可使测量点平均温度下降22.04%,机器人底部高温区域从61.09%下降至10.88%。
Taking the 7.63m coke oven of Taiyuan Iron &Steel (Group)Co.,Ltd.as an example,a rail-mounted robot for measuring the temperature automatieally of coke oven is designed.The combustion flow at the bottom of the rail-mounted robot in the process of measuring temperature is analyzed,the temperature distribution field is obtained.According to the result of analysis ,a cooling air duct is designed.Through analyzing the cooling duet of the flow field inside and outside,it is concluded that the inside flow field is stable,and the effect of blowing combustion flow is obvious either.At the same time,the cooling air duct was tested and verified,and the simulation results were reliable from the test results.The design of the cooling air duet can reduce the average temperature of the measuring point to 22.04%,and the high temperature area of the robot bottom from 61.09%to 10.88%.
