"现在济南的空气质量一天比一天好,手机随手拍一张就是‘醉美’济南。"节节攀升的空气质量引得市民、游客赞不绝口。这样的美景,源于济南800万市民在大气污染防治、保卫蓝天的道路上有着同样坚定的信念,更源于山东大学城乡建设委建立了一套扬尘污染防治的长效管理制度。扬尘污染作为"泉城蓝"的一大"杀手",一直是重点整治对象。2018年,山东大学城乡建设委按照全市治污减霾部署及《山东大学深入推进“十大行动”加强大气污染治理十大措施》工作要求,始终保持建设扬尘污染防治工作的高压态势,组织动员各县区、各有关部门攻坚克难,实施了制度更全、标准更高、责任更细的扬尘监管,并引入科技化手段与诚信挂钩联动及资金激励机制,助力空气环境质量持续改善,让“泉城蓝”常驻济南,让市民自由呼吸。

The common belief of a population of 8 million persons in the prevention of air pollution and the protection of the blue sky and a long-term management system that provides precise positioning for dust control and pollution prevention established by Jinan Urban and Rural construction Commission are the necessary prerequisite to the breathtaking landscapes in Jinan.
