摘要
阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶等动物胶类药材为我国传统中医常用的补虚药,临床多用于滋阴补血,但是近年来伪、劣品扰乱了胶类药材市场,引起了医药行业的关注。传统药材性状鉴别主观因素较大,鉴别结果存在偏差。近十多年来,电泳、液相-质谱联用等技术用于胶类药材鉴别检测,专属性增强。本文总结中国药典及部颁标准中收载的胶类药材的相关报道,从化学成分、性状鉴定和质量控制方法 3个方面进行综述,为控制和提高胶类药材质量提供理论依据和方法支持。
As common tonic medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, Asini Corii Colla, Cervil Cornus Colla, Testudinis Carapacis et Plastri Colla and other gelatin drugs have been used to norish yin and supplement blood. But in recent years, fake and inferior products have been disrupting the stability of the consumer market and attracting the attention of the pharmaceutical industry. Because the character identification is more affected by subjective factors, the results have greater errors. Over the past decade, electrophoresis, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) and other methods have been used in the identification of gelatin drugs, and the specificity enhancement of the identification result of gelatin drugs. To provide references for controlling and improving the quality of gelatin drugs, this comprehensive summarize the related reports of gelatin drugs which are received in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and Ministerial standards, and review the researches into the chemical constituent, character identification and quality control.
