摘要
目的比较不同剂量和煎煮时间附子的镇痛抗炎作用差异。方法通过醋酸扭体法,以小鼠扭体反应次数为考察指标,观察不同剂量和煎煮时间附子的镇痛作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法,以小鼠耳肿胀度为考察指标,观察不同剂量和煎煮时间附子的抗炎作用。结果与模型组比较,附片30g煎0. 5h、1. 5h、2. 0h、2. 5h组,附片60g煎0. 5h、1. 5h、2. 0h、2. 5、3. 0h组及附片100g煎3. 0h组均可明显抑制冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应次数(P <0. 05);附片30g煎0. 5h、1. 5h、2. 0h、2. 5h、3. 0h组及附片60g煎1. 5h、2. 0h、2. 5h、3. 0h组均可明显降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀度(P <0. 05)。结论不同剂量和煎煮时间对附子的镇痛抗炎作用不尽相同,30g和60g煎煮的镇痛抗炎作用明显。
Objective To campare analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of different dose and boil time of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata. Methods The analgesic effect of different dose and boil time of Aconiti lateral-radix praparata was tested by the acetic acid-induced writhing body method in mice. The anti-inflammatory effect of different dose and boil time of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata was tested by the xylene-induced ear swelling method in mice. Results Aconiti lateralis radix praparata 30 g boil 0. 5 h,1. 5 h,2. 0 h,2. 5 h,60 g boil 0. 5 h,1. 5 h,2. 0 h,2. 5,3. 0 h,100 g boil 3. 0 h obviously decreased the times of the acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice(P < 0. 05); Aconiti lateralis radix praparata 30 g boil 0. 5 h,1. 5 h,2. 0 h,2. 5 h,3. 0 h,60 g boil1. 5 h,2. 0 h,2. 5 h,3. 0 h obviously inhibited the xylene-induced ear swelling(P < 0. 05). Conclusion There are different degrees of analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects in different dose and boil time of Aconiti lateral-radix praparata. The 30 g and 60 g have obviously analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
