摘要
目的:探讨腹部手术后肠梗阻的中西医诊治方法。方法:回顾分析同煤集团二医院2005年1月~2017年12月收治的153例腹部手术后发生肠梗阻急腹症患者的临床资料。结果:153例患者包括阑尾炎38例,胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔32例,胆囊炎8例,肝脾破裂25例,肠破裂28例,宫外孕1例,子宫肌瘤3例,胃肠道肿瘤18例;保守治疗治愈142例,中转手术11例;其中死亡1例。结论:腹部手术后中西医结合治疗肠梗阻可获得较为满意的疗效,值得推广。
Objective:to study the Chinese and western medicine diagnosis treatment methods of intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods:retrospective analysis with the clinical data of 153 patients occurred intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation in the second hospital of coal mining group in Datong between January 2005 and December 2013. Result:these patients were included 38 cases of appendicities,32 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation,8 cases of cholecystitis,25 cases of liver and spleen rupture,28 cases of in-testinal rupture,1 cases of extrauterine pregnancy,3 cases of myoma of uterus,18 cases of gastroenteric tumor.There are 142 cases cured,11 cases transferring operations,including 1 case death.Conclusion:about the treatment of intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery,tradi-tional Chinese and western medicine can obtain more satisfactory curative effect,and it is one of the methods to be worthy of promotion.
