摘要
慢性肾衰竭是由于多种因素致使肾实质发生损伤,肾脏功能减退,甚至发生萎缩,进而出现代谢产物蓄积,水、电解质及酸碱失衡,引发一些列临床症状的疾病。近年来各位医家对慢性肾衰竭病因病机都有所阐述,随着伏毒新识的推广,对慢性肾衰竭病理产生机制及与危险因素的关系认识进一步加深。现从伏毒新识渊源、慢性肾衰竭危险因素与伏毒致病的关系、慢性肾衰竭病理机制与伏毒的关系、运用伏毒新识治疗慢性肾衰竭的思路等方面阐述伏毒新识探讨慢性肾衰竭的病因病机。
Chronic renal failure disease is due to a variety of factors causing renal parenchyma damage,kidney function decline,even shrink.In turn,there will be metabolite accumulation,water,electrolyte and acid-base imbalance,which cause a series of clinical symptoms of the disease.In recent years,every doctor has explained cause of disease and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure disease and has further understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure and its relationship with risk factors with the promotion of new knowledge of hidden toxicity.The paper discusses cause of disease and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure based on the new knowledge of hidden toxicity from four aspects as,the origin of new knowledge of hidden toxicity, the relationship between chronic renal failure disease risk factors and disease due to hidden toxicity,the relationship between pathological mechanism and hidden toxicity,and the treatment thoughts of chronic renal failure disease by new knowledge of hidden toxicity with schematic diagram.
