神经梅毒发病机制的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 神经梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体侵犯中枢神经系统引起的中枢神经系统感染性疾病,脑实质、脑血管区、脑膜等皆可被累及,主要发生于二期梅毒和三期梅毒,可经性交传染,也可通过胎盘传给下一代,其发病机制仍未清楚。基于国内外研究者对神经梅毒的认识,本文从梅毒螺旋体对宿主的侵袭、血脑屏障的结构特征、中枢神经系统中的淋巴管、机体免疫应答以及免疫调节等方面探讨神经梅毒的发病机制,为今后神经梅毒发病机制的研究提供理论基础。 Syphilis is an infectious disease caused by Treponema pallidum that spreads mainly through sexual activity or placenta.Treponema pallidum can invade brain parenchyma,area cerebrovasculosa and meninges during secondary and tertiary syphilis leading to neurosyphilis.The etiology of neurosyphilis remains unknown.This review presents the recent advances in the pathogenesis of neurosyphilis,including Treponema pallidum invasion of the host cell,the structure of blood brain barrier,lymphatic vessels in central nervous system,host immune response and the immune regulation to provide basis for further studies on the pathogenesis of neurosyphilis.
