摘要
矿产资源的可持续利用是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分 ,也是可持续发展的核心问题之一。如果没有矿产资源的持续利用 ,可持续发展也就无从谈起。但是矿产资源是自然界中典型的可耗竭资源 ,开采一点就少一点 ,从理论上讲是达不到持续利用。那么如何界定矿产资源的可持续利用 ,使其开采利用既满足当代人的需求 ,又不对后代人满足其需求的能力构成威胁 ,已成为可持续发展理论与实践研究关注的热点问题之一。本文对矿产资源的可持续利用进行了研究 ,提出了矿产资源可持续利用的充分、必要条件。
Sustainable exploitation of mineral resources is the key issue of executing strategy to achieve sustainable development of economy.Theoretically,endless exploitation of mineral resources is impossible because the resources are naturally limited.Therefore,a reasonable definition of sustainable exploitation of mineral resources is very important to reach the goal that present mining meets peoples requirement of today but does not influence requirement of people of future generations.Sustainable exploitation of mineral resources and coditions for its realization are studied in the paper.
