摘要
目的:运用高效液相色谱法测定木鳖子中3-0-6'-0-甲基-β-D葡萄糖醛酸丝石竹苷的含量。方法:ECONO-SPHERE C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相,流速0.8mL·min^(-1),检测波长210nm。结果:3-0-6'-0-甲基-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸丝石竹苷线性范围0.612～3.672μg,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率98.8％;RSD=0.36％(n=5)。结论:该法灵敏、准确,可作为衡量木鳖子质量的依据。
Objective: To determine the content of 3-0-6'-0- methyl -β- D - glucuronopyranoside of gypsogenin in Momordica cochinchinesis by HPLC method. Methods: ECONOSPHERE C18 column, mobile phase; methanol -water (80: 20) , flow rate; 0. 8 mL·min-1, detect wavelength 210 nm. Result: The linear periods is from 0. 612μg to 3. 672 uuuug (r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 98. 8% with RSD = 0. 36% (n= 5). Conclusion: The result was precise and reproducible. The method may serve determination of 3 -0 -6'-0 -methyl -β-D -glucuronopyranoside of gypsogenin in Momordica cochinchinesis.
