摘要
综述了国内外柿现代生物技术研究进展,包括柿的休眠芽培养、茎尖培养、根段培养、茎段培养、叶片培养、花药培养、胚培养、原生质体培养和基因工程等内容。应用现代生物技术是柿品种改良的重要手段,并提出了柿现代生物技术存在的主要问题及今后的研究展望。
This article reviewed the advances of application of modern biotechnology in persimmon (Diospgros kaki L.) in-cluding dormant bud culture,shoot tip culture,root segment culture,stem segment culture,leaf culture,anther eulture,em-bryo culture,protoplast culture,gene engineering and so on.Application of modern hiotechnology is believed to be the majormeans for persimmon breeding.The paper also put forward some existing problems and research prospects for modernbiotechnology breeding of persimmon.
