摘要
本文对1973～1987年3253例烧伤病人进行临床分析。显示:近五年来发病数明显增加;1～7岁和21～24岁发病较多;致病主要原因为火焰烧伤;主要死亡原因为感染,死亡率为11.19％;菌群主要为金黄色葡萄球菌及绿脓杆菌;并发症以休克发生率最高。
The clinical data of three thousand two hundred and fifty three burn patients from 1973-1987 were analyzed. The result showed that the morbidity had increased significantly within the recent 5 years, especially among the patients aged between 1-7 and 21-24 years. The injury was mainly caused by flame, and the major cause leading to death was infection with the mortality of 11.19％. The main pathogenic bacteria were staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas pyocyanes. The highest incidence of complication was shock.
